• User Content: By submitting content to our Platform (e.g., recipes, product information, labels), you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual, and sublicensable license to use, reproduce, modify, and distribute such content for the purpose of providing our services.
• Recipe and Product Data: You are responsible for ensuring you have proper rights to store and process recipe and product information on our Platform in accordance with applicable food safety and business laws.

5. Food Safety and Compliance

• No Food Safety Advice: Quickly Cottage provides tools for managing your cottage food business but does not provide food safety advice or guarantee compliance with local regulations.
• Your Responsibility: You are solely responsible for ensuring your cottage food business complies with all applicable local, state, and federal laws and regulations, including food safety requirements, labeling laws, and licensing requirements.
• Nutrition Information: While our platform helps generate nutrition labels, you are responsible for verifying the accuracy of all nutrition information and ensuring compliance with FDA and state labeling requirements.

6. Disclaimers

• No Warranty: The Platform is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the Platform will be error-free, secure, or uninterrupted.
• Third-Party Links: Our Platform may contain links to third-party websites. We are not responsible for the content or practices of any third-party sites and provide these links for convenience only.
• Cottage Food Services: Quickly Cottage is a platform for managing cottage food businesses. We do not provide cottage food services ourselves and are not responsible for the quality, safety, or outcomes of products created by users of our Platform.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Quickly Cottage will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. This includes any damages related to food safety issues, regulatory compliance, or business losses.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of New Jersey, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from or related to these Terms or your use of the Platform will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in New Jersey.
